2DF Trail is a preset for After Effects CC that adds a bicolor trail to your animated elements.

Just select the shape-layer or text and apply the preset.

If you want to apply it to an image, the animation must be pre-composed.

Installation and use

• Save the 2DF_Trail-v1_1.ffx file to the After Effects preset folder:
  Windows:
  Mac:
• Restart After Effects. With your layer selected, locate the preset in the Effects & Presets tab and double-click it.
• Use the Effects / 2DF Trail panel to adjust the trail.
